INTRODUCTION
These instructions are for the installation of the Accessory Polymeric Architectural Grille for the packaged terminal air conditioner or heat pump. It is designed for use on wall sleeve part no. WALL-SLEEVE, and is installed easily by inserting grille inward through the inside of the sleeve, then securing the grille with its built-in supporting hooks.
INSTALLATION

CAUTION
Do not install sleeve and grille without also installing the unit chassis. If sleeve and grille are installed without installing the chassis, illegal entry from the outside may be possible.
WARNING
When installing grille, be sure to hold it securely with 2 hands, to prevent it from falling and causing injury or damage. See Fig. 1.

Step 1 - Check For Proper Orientation - Before attempting to install grille, be sure to check it for proper orientation, with long support hooks facing UP. See Fig. 2.

Step 2 - Insert Grille - Grasp 2 air baffles securely and insert grill in through inside of wall sleeve, until entire grille is on the outside of sleeve. See Fig. 2.

Step 3 - Position Top Hooks - Slide top hooks upward all the way into top flange of wall sleeve. Be sure to push hooks upward as far as possible on wall sleeve flange. While holding top hooks all the way upward, gently pull bottom edge of grille back toward you so that bottom support hook clears bottom flange of wall sleeve, and grille rests flush against outside wall sleeve flanges. See Fig. 3.

Step 4 - Engage Bottom Hooks - slide grille downward so that bottom hooks engage bottom flange of wall sleeve. See Fig. 4.

Grille is now installed, BUT before releasing grille, check to be sure all 4 grille hooks securely engage top and bottom sleeve flanges.
